Return & Refund Policy

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Defective item must be reported to us by using “Contact Us” form within 14 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please “Contact Us” for RMA number before returning the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item within 2 business days. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal/credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

Restocking fee

If returned items are in unopened, brand new condition, no restocking fee will be charged. In case of discretionary return such as no longer wanted the item or ordered the wrong item, and open-box item was returned, we will charge up to 20% restocking fee for the return. If the item was not returned in original packaging, up to 50% restocking may apply. If the item was damaged or wrong item returned, no refund will be issued.
